• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Active listening, Complaint handling, Typing speed, Verbal communication
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
