Key responsibilities

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹26,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
