What you get

You will be paid ₹19,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Marathi, Outbound, Sales
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
