A Service Coordinator Manages Daily Service Operations, Schedules And Dispatches Field Technicians Or Engineers, Acts As The Main Link Between Clients And Internal Teams, And Tracks Work Orders Or Maintenance Contracts To Ensure Fast And Proper Customer Support. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

As a Customer Service Coordinator, your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of CRM tools, Typing speed, Hindi and English and Complaint handling
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A customer-first, polite attitude

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
