The Role Requires Strong People Management, Process Improvement, And Stakeholder Management Skills. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹32,000 – ₹38,000 per month.
