Handle Inbound And Outbound Customer Calls Professionally.Respond To Customer Inquiries Regarding Cab Bookings, Fares, Availability, And Services.Generate Leads And Convert Inquiries Into Confirmed Bookings.Follow Up With Potential And Existing Customers.Assist Customers With Booking Modifications, Cancellations, And Other Requests. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Domestic | Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

Salary

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

What the job involves

As a Customer Care Executive, your work will include:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Domestic, English, Hindi, Marathi
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
