Handle Customer Queries Via Phone, Email, And Chat. Resolve Complaints And Provide Timely, Accurate Support. Maintain Customer Interaction Records And Documentation. Collaborate With Internal Teams To Ensure Customer Satisfaction. Escalate Complex Issues When Required. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : Hindi, Telugu

Day-to-day work

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Salary

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Hindi and Telugu
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Hindi, Telugu
• Someone calm under pressure and customer-first
