In This Role, You Will Be The Face Of Our Brand On Whatsapp, Handling Real-Time Customer Queries, Resolving Issues, And Providing Exceptional Service Entirely Through Text. Languages : Tamil, English

Compensation

Compensation: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

What the job involves

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
