Role Includes Handling Support Executives And Maintaining Reports. No Target Based Job, No Field Work, Fixed Salary + Incentives, Friendly Work Environment And Immediate Joining. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Complaint handling, Typing speed, CRM tools, Hindi and English
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone calm under pressure and polite

Pay and perks

Compensation: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
