Manage Customer Interactions Via Chat Or Email, Resolving Queries Effectively. Provide Accurate Information, Troubleshoot Issues, And Ensure Customer Satisfaction. Document All Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues To The Appropriate Teams.

Key responsibilities

• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Skills and qualifications

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Active listening, Hindi and English, Verbal communication, Complaint handling
• Female Only
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• You are polite and patient

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
