Day-to-day work

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹25,000 – ₹31,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, Inbound and Tamil
• No English required
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
