Handle Customer Calls And Queries Related To Internet/Broadband Plans.Explain Internet Plans, Pricing, Offers, And Benefits To Customers.Assist Customers With Plan Selection, Activation, Renewal, And Upgrades.Resolve Customer Complaints And Service-Related Issues. Languages : Marathi, English, Hindi

What you will do

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with English, Hindi, Marathi
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply
• Languages: Marathi, English, Hindi
• Someone patient and polite

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month.
