A Service Advisor At The Service Centre Handles Customer Interaction, Opens Job Cards, Understands Service Requirements, Coordinates With Technicians, Ensures Timely Repairs, And Manages End-To-End Bike Delivery While Maintaining Quality, Transparency, And Customer Satisfaction. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹14,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Hindi and English, Verbal communication, Active listening, Complaint handling
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A polite, patient attitude

Your responsibilities

• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
