What you will do

As a Customer Care Executive, your work will include:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.

• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Tamil
