What the job involves

• You'll handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

• Open to freshers
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Outbound, Punjabi and Sales
• Good English
