Day-to-day work

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Salary

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Bengali, Gujarati, Inbound, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Tamil and Telugu
