Hiring For Customer Support/Voice Process/6 Days Working / Day Shifts Only/ Shift Window - 8Am-8Pm(9 Hours Shift). Languages : Hindi, English

Compensation

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹17,000 per month.

• Good knowledge of English and Hindi

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
