• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email and Ms Power Point
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• MS Power Point, Basic Excel, Advanced Excel
• Skills Needed: Email, Computer
• A customer-first, polite attitude

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
