We Are Looking For Customer Support On Calling Client Management. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Complaint handling, Verbal communication, Active listening, Typing speed
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A polite, patient attitude
