We Are Seeking For The Candidate Who Can Handel Customer Quires Or Wi-Fi / Router Related Issues, They Will Receive Or Make Call To The Customer Regarding The Wi-Fi Plan Renewal, Lead Generation, Collections, Also They Have To Cordinate With Technical Team Regarding Installation Status And Collection. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Type : Outbound, Inbound, Domestic | Languages : English, Hindi, Marathi

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Marathi and Outbound
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
