Roles and responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate (Cca), your work will include:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Domestic, English, Inbound, International, Mutual Funds, Outbound, Real Estate, Sales
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
