What the job involves

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Active listening, CRM tools, Typing speed, Complaint handling
