A new Customer Care Coordinator role is open at New Ok Transport, Kalkaji Extn, Delhi. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Oversee The Transportation And Delivery Of Goods While Ensuring Cost-Efficiency. Coordinate With Carriers, Warehouses, And Clients To Maintain Smooth Supply Chain Flow. Monitor Inventory Levels And Resolve Shipment Issues. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Computer

What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Computer
• Basic English
