A new Chat Support Executive role is open at New Vision India, Sitapura, Jaipur. There are 20 open positions. Salary is up to ₹20,000/month.

What we are looking for

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.

What you get

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
