Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Skills: English, Hindi, Kannada, Real Estate, Telugu
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Telugu, Kannada, English, Hindi
• Preferred Experience In: Real Estate
