Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Complaint handling, Active listening, Hindi and English and Verbal communication
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are patient and polite

Compensation

The salary for this role is ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month.

What you will do

As a Customer Care Manager, your work will include:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
