Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Typing speed, CRM tools, Hindi and English and Verbal communication
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A polite, calm under pressure attitude

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹14,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
• You will resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
