Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients To Ensure Satisfaction And Retention. Provide Solutions To Client Challenges And Maximize Account Value. Monitor Account Performance And Prepare Regular Progress Reports For Stakeholders. Languages : Marathi, Hindi, English

Key responsibilities

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.

What you get

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi and Marathi
