Key Responsibilities:- Manage Outbound Calls With Professional Communication.- Resolve Customer Queries Regarding Gold, Platinum, And Diamond Jewellery.Location: Marathahalli/ Silk Board (Maruthi Chambers) (On-Site)- Shift: Day Shift (6 Days/Week, Sundays Off)- Salary (Ctc): Up To 26,000 Per Month, Plus Performance-Based Incentives. Type : Outbound, Domestic | Languages : Hindi

Key responsibilities

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status

Requirements

• Open to freshers
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Domestic, Hindi, Outbound
• Good English
• Freshers can apply

Compensation
