Salary

The salary for this role is ₹22,000 – ₹27,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Domestic, English, Hindi, Inbound, Kannada, Outbound, Tamil and Telugu
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
