What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Tamil and Telugu
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Languages: Kannada, Bengali, Tamil, Gujarati, Telugu, Marathi, Hindi, English
• You are patient and calm under pressure

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant.
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
