Provide Customer Support For Technical Documents Such As User Manuals, Calibration Reports, And Test Certificates.Attend Customer Sites To Address Instrument Issues And Provide First-Level Technical Support.Diagnose Basic Hardware/Software Issues And Coordinate With Internal Teams For Resolution When Required.Maintain Service Records, Calibra. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, MS Word | Skills Needed : Email, Computer

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets

Salary

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Word
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Basic Excel, MS Word
• Skills Needed: Email, Computer
• Someone customer-first and polite
