The Complaint Resolution Executive Is Responsible For End-To-End Follow-Up And Closure Of Customer Complaints By Coordinating With Internal Teams, Customers, And Brand Partners. The Role Ensures Complaints Are Resolved Within Defined Timelines While Maintaining Transparency, Ownership, And A Customer-First Approach. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• You'll meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Hindi and English, CRM tools, Active listening, Typing speed
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A polite, patient attitude

Compensation

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month.
