Customer Support Engineer

A new Customer Support Engineer role is open at M.S AND COMPANY Scaffolding, Thane, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹14,000/month.

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Hindi and English, CRM tools, Complaint handling, Typing speed
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A customer-first, polite attitude

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹12,000 – ₹14,000 per month.
