Junior Customer Support Engineer Required For Handling Inbound Calls, Client Queries, And Ticket Raising. Candidate Should Have Basic Computer & Ai Knowledge, Good Communication Skills, Email Writing Skills, And Knowledge Of Ms Office, Excel, Ppt, Google Meet, And Anydesk. Erp/Software Support Experience Will Be An Added Advantage. Good Personalit. SQL, Web, SAP

Key responsibilities

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Pay and perks

The salary for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
