Poweredge Technologies is hiring a Customer Support Engineer in remote. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Poweredge Technologies Is Looking For A Customer Support Engineer To Handle Installation, Troubleshooting, Maintenance, And Technical Support For Pos Systems, Billing Printers, Barcode Printers, Scanners, Rfid Devices, Android Handheld Terminals, And Retail It Infrastructure. The Role Includes Onsite Customer Visits, System Setup, Issue Resolution, Preventive Maintenance, And Remote Support. Candidates Should Have Basic Knowledge Of Computer Hardware, Windows Os, And Networking, Along With Good Communication And Customer Service Skills. Own Two-Wheeler And Valid Driving Licence Are Mandatory. Candidates Must Be Willing To Travel For Installations And Support Visits Across Pune And Nearby Areas. Experience In Pos, Barcode, Or It Hardware Support Will Be An Added Advantage.

Your responsibilities

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA

What you get

You will be paid ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
