3. Probation and Notice Period

You will be on probation for 6 months from your date of joining. On satisfactory review, you will be confirmed in writing; the company may extend probation if needed. During probation, either party may end employment with [Notice Period] notice; after confirmation, the notice period will be 60 days or salary in lieu, as per company policy.

4. Safety, Site Rules and Shift Work

As a Mechanical Engineer, you may be required to work in shifts, including rotational and weekend shifts, as per plant or site requirements. You shall wear the prescribed PPE at all times on the shop floor or site, follow the company's safety rules, permit-to-work systems and standing orders, report incidents and near-misses immediately, and ensure that the team working under you does the same. Technical drawings, process parameters and vendor information are confidential.

5. General Terms

  1. Working hours, leave and holidays will be as per company policy and the applicable Shops & Establishments / factory rules.
  2. The company follows a zero-tolerance policy on sexual harassment in line with the POSH Act 2013.
  3. This offer is subject to satisfactory verification of your documents, references and declarations.
  4. You may be transferred to any department, location or group company as per business needs.
