1. Remuneration

3. Professional Obligations

  1. Client confidentiality: Client books of account, tax returns, portal credentials, working papers and business information are strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed, copied to personal devices or used for any purpose other than the engagement.
  2. Independence: You shall not hold shares, accept gifts, take loans or do private work for any client of the firm without the partner's written approval, and shall sign an annual independence declaration.
  3. Busy season: During peak periods around audit and return due dates, you may be required to work extended hours and leave may be restricted, with compensatory off afterwards.
  4. Quality: You shall follow the firm's documentation, review and quality control procedures.

This offer is for paid employment and does not constitute articleship training. Probation will be [Probation Period] months and notice period [Notice Period]; the firm requests that notice not end during critical deadlines where possible. Study or exam leave will be as per firm policy.
