Recognition Program Guidelines

Recognition program guidelines are an employee-facing handbook explaining how the company's recognition programme works day to day: award calendar, who can nominate, how winners are selected, the committee's role and how results are communicated. HR publishes it alongside the rewards policy.

  • Certificates are presented in person wherever possible.
  • Winners' consent is taken before photos are shared externally.

7. Responsibilities

  • Managers: recognise regularly and nominate fairly across the team.
  • Employees: recognise peers and give genuine, specific examples.
  • HR: run the calendar, maintain the tracker and report participation quarterly.

8. Feedback and Concerns

If you have a concern about how a recognition decision was made, write to [HR Name] at [HR Email]. Concerns will be reviewed by the committee chair and answered within fifteen working days.

9. Review
