3. Safety and Site Responsibilities

  2. You shall follow permit-to-work procedures for work at height, excavation, hot work and electrical work, and stop any unsafe activity under your supervision.
  3. You are responsible for ensuring that workers and subcontractor staff under your supervision follow safety rules and toolbox talks.
  4. Accidents and near-misses must be reported immediately to the site safety officer.
  5. You shall maintain accurate measurement records, daily progress reports and material registers, and certify only work actually executed.

4. Working Hours and Transfer

Site working hours are [Timing], six days a week, and you may be required to work on Sundays or extended hours during critical activities, with compensatory off as per policy. You may be transferred to any project or office of the company in India.
