  1. Consignment security: Follow inbound, outbound and seal-check procedures, record every movement in the [WMS / TMS] system and never release goods without valid documents.
  2. Proof of delivery: Obtain proper POD and update delivery status on the same day.
  3. Loss and damage: Report shortage, damage or pilferage immediately to your supervisor; an inquiry will be conducted as per policy.
  4. Warehouse safety: Wear safety shoes and reflective jacket, use MHE or forklifts only if trained and authorised, and keep aisles and fire exits clear.
  5. Drivers: Hold a valid licence of the required class, complete the pre-trip vehicle checklist, follow speed and rest limits, and never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

4. Conditions

This offer is subject to verification of your documents, police verification and, for driving roles, a driving test, licence verification and medical fitness. Probation will be [Probation Period] months and notice period [Notice Period].
