Salary Deduction Authorization

A salary deduction authorization is a form in which an employee gives written consent for a specific, non-statutory deduction from their salary, such as canteen charges, transport, a company loan, damage to an asset or a voluntary contribution. Terms

  1. These deductions are in addition to statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS.
  2. Each deduction will be shown separately on my payslip.

  4. Loan or advance recoveries will continue as per the separate agreement until fully repaid, including adjustment from full and final settlement if I leave.
