Frequently asked questions

What is ICCID on a SIM card?+

ICCID is the serial number printed on the SIM and its holder. It helps the operator identify the exact SIM when blocking or replacing it.

Can the company recover excess mobile bill from an employee?+

Many companies recover usage above the approved plan limit as per a clearly communicated policy. Record the limit on the issue form so the rule is agreed upfront.

Who owns a corporate SIM number?+
